I’m 100% ok that things happen, that is just how life goes. I was told my reservation had been moved to the nearby courtyard. When I arrived at the property, I was met by a worker who told me they had an electrical fire and weren’t accepting guests.
I was able to check in through my app as I’m a good elite member through Marriott. I booked my trip probably 2 weeks in advance.
I’m extremely disappointed in this property.
